Someone ran up on me in my dream...

Effectively the person in question so happened to have had a stroke.
Anyways I went to get my puppy out the car in my dream.
As I was leaving the house the person was mumbling something looking a little lost.
I asked if they were OK.
They said "what are you looking at?" scared I said "oh nothing"
I shut the front door to go to the porch, and the person ran up to me like they wanted to fight me, shouting...
I woke up instantly but what an odd dream especially when I had a pretty normal day...
