Sometimes I wish I was Judge Dredd or some other superhero.

Was at the store with this white trash couple who were manhandling their child and nobody said a dang thing. The mom almost stepped on me to drag and berate her daughter. Don't these aholes realize they're creating the future version of themselves? Of course the police wouldn't get involved because she wasn't struck, most likely. They're useless when there's a real problem.

Of course, I wish someone got involved when I was treated like this growing up. Walking out I realized, it would be better to confront this ahole couple even if it meant getting beaten to a pulp by them. Thoughts?
