Things Just Happen, and There's No 'Reason' for It

We live in a chaotic, random universe (trust me, we do, I know a lot about cosmology and statistics). "Shit happens", is the well-known expression.
People, especially Christians, like to go on about how "there is a purpose behind all this, all this misery", but is there? Nope, there isn't.
This may seem depressing to some, but we're born, we live, and then we die, and that's it.
I look at it this way; since I could so easily have failed to materialise, since the odds were heavily stacked against me even being here in the first place, I should be grateful for the mere chance to exist at all. We all should be. And we should stop complaining about all the things we don't have.
Like beauty. Or popularity. Or cash. You don't need those things to be happy or fulfilled. If you believe you do, then you've been conned.

We are sparks ....we are everything and we are nothing as well.
