I know I’m an Overthinker it makes things difficult

Are you an Overthinker? So many times, I’ve realized how I overthink things, and made them harder in the past. Not sure how else to explain it. Even still, I’ve got myself overthinking. Over complicating situation.

I understand your stress. It can feel like trying to walk on a spinning wheel or a slippery surface—putting in a lot of effort but not moving forward. The mind keeps asking “why, why, why,” and that question can go on endlessly.

Instead of getting stuck in “why,” it may help to ask: What are the top three things I can do right now to improve this situation?

When the thoughts become too overwhelming, doing something physical can help. Go for a walk, take a swim, or play a sport. Physical activity helps shift your focus to something real and grounding.

@Renkon it’s just not quite like that I seem to over complicate things. And then find out that they’re not as difficult as what I thought when I end up having to conquer it. Like maybe an auto repair.
