I’m not sure that it matters unless it’s hurting a relationship or heading toward crippling ocd.
I overthink when I’m building something. “Measure twice. Cut once.” I’ll probably measure at least twice and then recheck. Unless you’re horribly slow finishing tasks, I wouldn’t be too concerned.

I understand your stress. It can feel like trying to walk on a spinning wheel or a slippery surface—putting in a lot of effort but not moving forward. The mind keeps asking “why, why, why,” and that question can go on endlessly.
