I woke up happy... for the second day in a row. Which is a thing !
I'm grateful for being able to get up early despite turning in a bit too late...
I did some chores I was meant to do.
And went outside for an activity that is unrelated to work. (Which I'm glad I'm able to do in the first place.)
This is the 3rd day of a long weekend (a national holiday was added to the regular weekend) and I decided not to think of work at all. It makes me feel so liberated.
I believe that a major part of my anxiety and stress and even depressed thoughts is stemming from workload and stress of doing everything right.
This needs to be fixed. But I don't know how.
