I have been have a rough time lately... I have been seeing everythink dark that it made me think I'm entering the depressed phase of my bp2
But now that I'm noticing, really noticing, day after day, I think I still have time to take decisions without having my thoughts shrouded in black.
Today, for example, I woke up happy. It's been a while since I didn't feel this way and it just brings back hope.
But it still feels like I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop.
A friend said they've been helped with medication, meditation and exercise.
I have not had time for the last two recently. And the first is something that scares me.
They also mentioned journaling, so I think I will start doing this here... because I am not in the state of mind of being committed to do something on my own before giving it up altogether.
I will have to sit with myself and check my priorities asap.
