I live by myself,

And I keep thinking that maybe I need to get life alert. My bedroom is upstairs and I go up and down the stairs quite a bit. I'm kinda clumsy at times and if I fall down the stairs and can't get to my phone, my animals would soon be eating my corpse. No one checks up on me. I don't have a job so no one would miss me if I didn't show up. What do you think?

Is there a way to make the stairs safer? For example anti slip tape or led lights?

@melissa001 Also never wear flip flops or bad shoes like crops or slippers in the stairs. That's how people trip over.
