I Am Confused About My Feelings

I'm confused.... I want to tell my ex bf to stop calling me but i don't want to be rude.

Telling him to stop is not rude. But yelling him to stop is rude.

I tried but then he started to make me feel bad by saying that "you are rich, why would you like to talk to me because i live in gutter....... Etc etc etc" sometimes i feel like I'm acting like a bitch and other times i feels like I'm a big emotional fool.
