I Am Confused About My Feelings

Every time when I want to visit my parents my girlfriend will come up with an excuse for not going with me then at the last minute when it is time for me to leave she all of a sudden wants to go. This happens all the time! It causes fights and she won’t talk to me about it.

I know the behavior must drive you nuts regarding planning ahead, etc., but my advice if you want her to be comfortable enough to reveal whatever doubts or anxiety that cause her hesitation just get into your Zen Cool Mind and tell her, "Sweetie, coming or going, I love you just the same."

There is a lot of power in letting someone you love that you totally accept them even if they are being wacky.
