@Gibbon I diffuse eucalyptus, especially when my kids have bad colds. They will ask me to do it because they feel like it helps them. But I know people that have stubborn sinus issues like us it might not always help.

@MellyMel22 The generic spray I buy has menthol in it.. it hits hard and the menthol makes it feel like it's opening faster even though I know in reality that's just my brain being fooled. It's the same thing with Vicks. It isn't doing anything but it feels like it is.
