Fridays Findings

After responding to @Jenny1234 post this morning I looked back in my journal for this date last year. My entry was this;
“You know you have a big heart when you feel bad about doing what is best for you.
And I felt that.”

looking back on your journal entry, how do you feel today about what you did
SageWanderer · 70-79, M
@Jenny1234 I actually feel pretty good as it was part of the grieving process plus a start toward transitioning from care taker to self care.

@SageWanderer it’s amazing how time heals and looking back you’re able to it all in a bit of a different light and more clarity. Like an acknowledgement of what happened and having some peace of mind

@Jenny1234 After being a care taker for so long any time I did anything for myself it felt selfish. Gettin better about it but selfish feelings still haunt me.
