Will someone please just prison shank me?

My car is most likely a goner. Overheated on the way home from work. Check engine light on, car wouldn't accelerate anymore. Waiting for a tow truck. Thing is probably dead dead. Great. Now I have no car which means no way to work which means no job because I'll be fired. This will lead to living under an overpass because I'll have no money which means eviction and a ruined credit score.

I'm tempted to just exit my car and go frolick in traffic. It's rush hour someone will definitely hit me.

Can you get another car on credit since you have a job?

I met a guy living under an overpass once in Dallas.. he seemed nice but for some reason i was under the impression that he had a job and maybe a bike too? 😳

I hate how vehicles are the make it or break it for most folks. I used to be like you, i was promoted to a supervisor and was able to get a nice Forester. Just in time, because my other car ran fine but wouldnt pass inspected due to the frame being rotted out.
