What are your thoughts on true crime as a genre?

I have a few opinions about it that I’m happy to share but more curious about what you all think

@YoMomma Yea I think it just naturally draws our curiosity, the shock of violent crimes and the mystery of it all. Who did it and why. I used to live the CSI shows then got more into Criminal Minds

@Spectra I liked Criminal Minds better than CSI. But haven’t seen either in a while
