Talk to a deity, well most of the old ones. This New Guy is probably busy and, a lesser known fact, he is seriously evil so if he’s not busy you don’t want to talk to him. Pick a name and talk to them in your head or out loud as you drift off to sleep. I’ve found my sleep cycles improving since trying this. It may sound a little crazy but the stop and go of neurons as you ask questions of a deity could improve sleep.
