When I woke up today I was so depressed and started having sui thoughts

so I went back to sleep, woke up at 1pm, and now I'm ready to give life a new attempt. I really shouldn't be so strict on my sleep schedule for no reason, it aint good for my bran.

Sometimes i have that too, the lack of sleep makes me extra depressed and anxious and sleep somehow magically makes it go away, even tho it comes back eventually lol

@MartinTheFirst i kinda look at it more positively, when im feeling really shitty, i just think to myself ill just sleep it off and ill feel better, hopefuly we can keep moving forward
