It is possible and I think it was done by some rogue scientist in another country there is too many moral implications about cloning people the health of the fetis etcetera... There are people born with close to the same genes the are called twins.
Im not really sure what youre asking but im pretty sure cloning humans is a possibility. Not sure how they do it but I think they can clone people from regular cells too like muscle tissues and not just reproductive cells, but its even illegal to clone humans and animals I think, that's how possible it is. Transfering consciousnes to another body is one im not sure about & i dont think thats possible yet atleast. do you mean transrfering your consciousnes to a robot body. I really dont know and i dont think so. So far it's alledged humans can be rasied in artificial wombs and in fact it was done with a baby cow which ws born in a bag rather than in the moms stomach. As for how they got it to grow inside the bag im not sure, i think they planted the cell or egg in the bag first but im not sure if they took it out of the moms stomach first or if it was rasied from a cell. If you could revive a loved one it would have to be the original brain imo because Id be surprised if you could regenerate the same brain with another body part in case the brain couldnt be salvaged. Because if you just clone it, it most likely wouldn't remember you, it would be like another person that just looks like a loved one. Transferring the brain would be a solution or repairing it perfectly but the question now is how In the world can that be done at all? I would say it's impossible imo but you never know if some advanced race or technology can make it happen.

In terms of philosophy... I believe our memories make up who we are. Someone grown in a lab will be a new person, even with the same template. But their intents may appear at different frequencies, intensity and response.
Intents here being ideas that pop into their head. Intents for a predisposition to violence, fear, thoughtfulness and addiction or whatever. Therefore leading to different actions reinforcing some and neglecting others.
The clone would walk their own path I suppose.

I think it will definitely happen, but I’m still not sure I would want to do it.
Some of these are already in progress in my opinion. There have been studies

What scares me about that possibility is that the people who become immortal will be the Elon Musk's of the world and the rest of us peasants will die of disease and old age.

It would not surprise me if in 100 years they have a method to capture and reintroduce the consciousness into another vessel

Probably. If its not already possible then in the near future.
