When an ex still wants to always talk to you?

@Nunki yes it’s a little bit complicated where both of us are in a situation where we probably are settling on whom is available rather than whom we love.

@Nunki yes I believe that’s what’s happening. She pushed me into another lady and now she’s in the same shoes where she’s with someone but probably lacking the emotional connection we both had. I don’t know might just be overthinking.

Dude if she hits you up every night then you're definitely not overthinking.

@Nunki it was something we did when we were dating so I guess we still use to it where we always tell each other about our day and challenges and just be there for each other .

@Rogo1 You both need to stop, or at least reduce communication gradually. Like, instead of daily make it every other day, then weekly and so on. This should be a mutual decision. If you are both aware of each other’s feelings, be honest with one another. At the same time, acknowledge that you have to move on. Invest more in your new partners. Talk more. Do more things together and double on the fun times 🔞
The struggle between the heart & mind is very difficult I know, but time, distance and new people heal

@Nunki you definitely are right, we’ve said this a couple of times and tried it but I guess we have to make more effort.
