How do you know when your old?

How do you know you've hit the stage where your finally old....
When being able to find the tums is the best thing ever at the moment.
It's 1230... I want to be sleeping and I'm needing tums... What has happened in my life that this feels too late and grease has me needing tums....
Anyone else or just me?

When things start failing. My testosterone is now below 200. So I'm prepubescent again. My feet have been having more pain and my arches are falling. I'll try losing weight to see if that helps. No idea how im going to do this without moving. Retirement has hit and I'm gradually accepting it. Feels like being a preschooler without parents.

@ColorMeRoz it's ok. It's normal. I'm lucky in that i can retire. Many guys i've known have kept working for too long. I think.things will get better if i can dump.this weight. That was hard to do when sitting at a desk working on a computer.

And as for the sex part...never had much in my life anyway so not missing much. Probably why i gained weight.
