I’m confused…

So people rather talk about me or let me hear it from someone else then tell me about issues and stuff…

Then I’m told that I’m too nice so that don’t respect me which I don’t get it.

Talking about something I don’t do, but won’t tell me until an argument…they really making me feel so unapproachable

Set your boundaries and mete out the consequences when they are overstepped. Right there, right then.

Do it calmly, but firmly.

Ask them to inform you of the next time something needs to be done.

Communication is very important.
