The migrant crisis has been tragic; many young people have died while attempting to live better lives. But I fear that things will only get worse. All I want is that they be recognised as fellow human beings with families to support and aspirations for a better life. Many ignorant people have said that they shouldn't even be in this country, but those same people need to realise that a large number of migrants are fleeing nations where western nations have taken their resources, so I'd say this has weighed heavily and definitely makes me feel saddened.

@Aysel I know, right? Calling them illegals or aliens doesn't seem to be helping matters.

I've made the suggestion that we could take the money we're spending on border security and pour it into projects to try to make their home countries more livable. That way, they won't want to migrate into the US.

@LordShadowfire I'm in Europe, but I definitely agree with this. Instead of taking, they should be building these countries up. A lot of people have no idea how much western countries have taken from Africa. I mean, Africa is rich in resources, so I wanted to use Africa as an example.

I’ve heard differently about them, lots of young fighting men coming in.
Crates of weapons being delivered to the hotels they are staying in.
I believe it’s an army coming in to take over when they put the final plans into place for The Great Reset of the West.
We are being invaded, the war is on our own soil now.

@LordShadowfire mist of them come from military ruled countries, or dictatorships, or countries split up with militias fighting each other. The money will end up in the wrong hands and won't be used for their intended purpose
