Some, but evil is vastly taught and learned. Human nature is generally good, people want to help others and do their part. Aultuism rewards the nevous-system. Inequality, poverty, fear, hopeless, lust for power all make the vast majority of evil people, evil. But I can name two people who were clearly born evil D J Trump and most of all Putin
