@DCarey Sadly it's our generation that have made them that way. It's not true of all of them. I work with a 20 year old who has a better work ethic than most adults.

And certain people in our and other generations have created an atmosphere that has led many in that generation to be the most immature, useless generation in our history. But, ultimately, each person is responsible for his/her behavior. Most GenZers do not take accountability for anything.
