Have you ever had anyone in your neighborhood hate you?

I have a couple of neighbors who despise me. I think they talk with each other and take turns calling the police on me. That way it isn't the same person calling every time. I know I've been loud in the past when I was drinking and on the phone or something else. But, now I can't even have a simple conversation on my porch or anything. I remember one time awhile back I was talking on the phone, completely sober, inside my house. I was mainly listening to the person on the phone, and I was really tired and quiet. Anyway, I could hear one of my neighbors screaming all the way from his house down the street "SHUT UP!!!". I didn't even know he was talking to me. I went outside to smoke a cigarette (at that point I still smoked), and I said one word on the phone and the neighbor screamed for me to shut up. I couldn't even believe he was talking to me at that point. It took quite some time before I realized he was yelling at me. It just didn't make any sense to me.

Yesterday a different neighbor call the police on me and said I was being loud again. I don't even remember saying anything outloud. I was just watching YouTube videos on my phone with ear buds.

Then, my neighbor started screaming at me late last night. "Ass*ole, this, Ass*ole that..."
