It has been something I've strived for all my life. For me it's been a certainty in my identity and not going against it.
StanleyStark · 80-89, M
@passtheaoife If that works for you darlin, then power to your elbow. :-)

WillaKissing · 56-60, M
I agree with you 100%, and I long ago gave up trying to be and to please what other's thought/think of me. I made myself in life from nothing to where I am today without any help or privilege, so what other's think means nothing to me. I just know I am happy and complete and not seeking anyone to complete me.
StanleyStark · 80-89, M
@WillaKissing What about your parents?
WillaKissing · 56-60, M
@StanleyStark They both died in 1995 and 1999 of cancer early in their lives. I had an ex-wife that Nearly bankrupted me as she took me to the cleaners. Homeless for two years while still making damn good money at my career field and I had to rebuild from nothing, absolutely nothing but what few things I had in storage.

@WillaKissing Good for you dude, enjoy the day.
caPnAhab · 26-30, M
Like you don't need to impress other people, because you do things for yourself. Feels liberating

I generally don't feel the need to be right all the time. How would we learn and grow if we knew everything already?
StanleyStark · 80-89, M
@PhilDeep Good thinking, I like it.
It feels being at home.

Edit: feels like*...

Writing is altogether on the different level. Mistakes can't be made.
StanleyStark · 80-89, M
@Lyfis2live Theres no place like home. I wonder who said that? loq.
