Why can’t I see all posts?

When I refresh “new” I thought it showed all posts, but I see newer ones when I click “home”. I don’t understand how this site works anymore.

The latest feed format sucks. Nothing is showing in order no matter which option you choose at the top. I'm seeing things from 4 days ago at the top.

@PerfectIllusion Yeah I have noticed people complaining about things but only just noticed how bad it is..
