Why can’t I see all posts?

When I refresh “new” I thought it showed all posts, but I see newer ones when I click “home”. I don’t understand how this site works anymore.

The feed is really weird. It has been a problem for a while now. Several people have complained about it.

That is to say - it isn't just your feed, it is everyone's that is jacked.

The latest feed format sucks. Nothing is showing in order no matter which option you choose at the top. I'm seeing things from 4 days ago at the top.
