I'm going to dye my hair blue..

Idk though.. Kinda scared lol tomorrow ill buy the hair dye should I bleach my hair before?

I'd bleach it first. But then I don't want to say and have it mess up. Lol I guess it depends on how blue you really want it. Bleaching it will make the blue a lot clearer. But putting over top your natural hair color should give it a dark blue tint.
