@TexChik From what I do kinda know about you, I'd reckon' you're not one to be messed with.

@Punxi Its horrible if I let it get out of my control. That only happened once and it nearly cost me my marriage. When my husband starts seeing the signs or if I do, we talk about it . Finding the trigger and getting away from it solves a lot of problems. When the rage comes I hit. Thats why I have a bag hanging in the garage and have a speed bag and a punching dummy in the sunroom. 😊

@TexChik Hmmm... intresting. I believe there must be multiple outlets those whom suffer from PSTD inact. My father has it, diagnosed in loo of time spent in Afghanistan. I've seen him just completely shut down however.

@Punxi everyone reacts differently but usually it’s with rage or they shut down . Because my trauma occurred at a very young age they say my brain found alternative pathways to function. With trauma that is endured Later in life the damage is less easily managed .
