@HijabaDabbaDoo thank you! I practice DBT and I think I just shkuld do more exercises now that I'm not doing it weekly... But if it doesn't help, I'll try EFT!

@caccoon Both are helpful. I used to have weekly CBT while doing EFT whenever I needed it and that was usually when I was on the verge of having a panic attack. It's more of a preventative measure and a useful tool to have as and when you need it. Kinda like breathing exercises. Sometimes it takes a lil while figuring out what works for you
