Nuru is nice - but the "set-up" costs can be a bit high if you don't know how to improvise.

@longhairedcougar Nuru seaweed gel can run up to $80 a gallon, premade. Or your can get the ingredients and make them up yourself. The you need (typically) an inflatable bed-type surface on which to lay. That's $50+ . That needs to be protected with a plastic (washable) drop cloth of some kind. You can get by with a decent pool float, but then there isn't much room for wiggling around on it. You could just put a stack of blankets on the floor and top them with a plastic sheet- that's about as minimal as you can get. Outside in the summer, you can just use a plastic sheet or a Whamo Slip and Slide (how apropos!!!).
