Glycerin suppositories

Wondering if there were any moms that used the long-tapered glycerin suppository on their children. I have used both the short torpedo type and the long glycerin suppository. I found the long suppository worked faster and was more effective due to manual retention of the suppository. They weren't meant to be fully inserted and the stimulation provided when the suppository was worked in and out was very effective.
