Anyone in therapy , how is the dynamic of your session?

I do like my new therapist, been with her four months. She listens well and she does add something /idea of her OWN to try to help me. I think that's important. I had others before her only nod or say 'Oh ' the entire session, never adding any , I don't know, THERAPY tips. But there are many times I'm talking of really deep issues or fears and she'll just nod. And it's like, I'm struggling daily here, hanging on by a thread. I do need more than ONE line of feedback per session. But I kinda accept it because my others wouldn't even give one sometimes 😮
How is your overall session?

I’m in therapy right now, and I really am enjoying it. We do it over video chat , and she’s been helping me dealing with my adhd, depression, and procrastination.

i don’t see one anymore but the last one i had was the best one ive had. it was more like having a conversation with a friend id known for years. we just bounced off each other… she probably/definitely wasn’t supposed to, but she gave me some insight into her own life and personality outside of the workplace and it made us able to converse even more effectively.
do you pay for this ?

@Coralmist It's clear that a therapist can give answers for you but if she doesn't give you way and try to sort out what's wrng inside you....maybe better to find a new one
relation patient-therapist is really important, and like with relatives it can' work between all people
