Is there any know type of therapy or hypnosis for getting over an ex ?

Was just wondering if anyone knows of any known type of therapy/ hypnotherapy or hypnosis of getting over an ex as it seems all other things I’ve tried has failed me.

@Bleak it’s a bit complicated as we work together so it’s hard as we have to communicate regularly.

@Rogo1 No therapy, no method is going to work then. Because it seems like you are not ready to get over your ex.

@Bleak not really I am genuinely interested in moving on but it’s a little bit complicated, however I’m trying daily to accomplish that.
