Trafficking and the potential spread of diseases make it difficult to regulate. The first private business on Mars will be a bordello. You can bet on it. It's been called a crime without victims. Legalizing it might eliminate the trafficking and improve tge health care. Is is a good idea to participate in this activity? Probably not but until human sex drive can be controlled It's going to happen. There's a drop in fertility in most of the world but I think sex amongst the beautiful people is more common than ever. Plus it has more accepted variations with LGBT. The fear of religious persecution is fading and with shortage of police the laws against prostitution are not being enforced. Who is going to complain if an AMP is providing additional services? Pot is legalized now. No enforcement against it atound here. Just wish they would start using varieties that don't stink. Prostitution will be next.

It is in many civilised countries, which provides the $ex workers with protection under law and from corrupt police..😷
Yes. It's always been around, it'll always be around. We can't stop it .

But...we can make it safer, healthier, and a free option to [b]choose[/b, (if one wishes).

The only sad part is ....is that it wouldnt be enough to get rid of the Black market element.

It doesn't actually make a difference cause the rich and powerful will continue to do it regardless of joe dirt going to prison.
