Relaxing can be very difficult if you are not used to doing it effectively. You can relax by looking out of the window watching the birds in the trees, leaves in the wind etc. If you do not have that view watch the clouds, they will keep you occupied.

@AndysAttic Yes that's true. It's currently my biggest problem that leads to negative consequences which then affects my life quality badly.
I like to relax looking out the window drinking my morning coffee. It's when it's dark outside that my body thinks I'm in danger and it's impossible to not self harm.
