Therapist appointment today

Thank goodness i do my appointment online because i feel like crap. Im spending most of the day in my office catching up on paper work and billing.

Anyway i found out her office doesn't take my new insurance. Ive been very happy coming to her. I could keep seeing her and pay out of pocket or find someone new.

Not sure what to do.
Maybe change is a good thing but i hate the idea of starting over fresh.
