What are some affordable online therapy options

Everyone seems to shit on betterhelp. Most of the others I've seen are like $100/session which I don't think I can afford. I have insurance through my employer but don't want to use it, it's also a high deductible plan (basically the cheapest thing they could get away with and claim to offer health insurance benefits).

I use Better help. I pay about 265 a month for weekly appts. I have the options for communicating with my therapist. Either messenger within the app, talking on the phone, or video chat. I've never been one to open up face to face at first so the messenger worked out great for me.
Whatever the issue, you can start by googling it and looking to the medical, psychological and health studies communities to learn about your problem.

therapy does not usually include a deductible, only medical care. You probably only have a small copay like $20 each session.
