Tangled Cables

You know that junk drawer that’s filled with tangled cables. Pulling a cable out of it feels like how going through therapy feels. Each cable representing a different issue, intertwined, and tangled up. If you pull on the end hoping to get it out fast it actually ties itself tighter to the others. You have to start on one end and slowly trace where it intersects with another and then untie it and move to the next one. Eventually you untangle it from the other cables / issues and you can use it to connect again

This reminds me that when we try to untangle the messes, challenges, and problems in life by ourself, it works much better when we consult with the Lord and ask His help. He can see into our future and knows the best steps to take in order to have a successful life.
