Worth its weight in gold 🎗️

@Lacemaker the older I get the more I begin to loathe the US. I wish I was born in Denmark or Canada :(

Worst part is our education system is so shitty and our leaders make such an ass of us that it is hard for US citizens to immigrate anywhere decent because they don't want us there.

@Eternity I wouldn't say UK is the best place to live right now. We've messed up with Brexit and the country's being run by a bunch of corrupt, greedy toffs, who are so far-removed from the reality of the majority of people.
Our health service used to be one of the best in the world but I fear it's on the verge of being privatised. For the time being, we just make the best of what's on offer.

@BluntSm0ker you're speaking out of nonsense dude it is an established fact the US education system sucks. Google it. Hell, you're living proof.

That shit about everyone wanting to live here is Jingo bullshit. The IMF ruined Central America so yeah they want to be here because a turd is a step up from a dumpster fire but everyone else is fine where they're at. You don't see engineers and lawyers and doctors coming here; just dirty vagabonds and criminals and refugees.

Don't simp for your country dog because they don't give a fuck about you I promise. Lame.

@Lacemaker yeah I was speaking more about Canada and Denmark. Especially Denmark. They have shit figured out over there.

@MarmeeMarch We don't pay taxes for it, we pay national insurance which is taken out of our salaries at source. But we're never left at the hospital reception arguing the toss if we could or couldn't receive treatment, if we can't pay up front or haven't got the right insurance.

@MarmeeMarch So explain to me why a friend of mine, a 20 year old girl, was turned away from three ER departments in NYC even though she had full travel insurance..... she had heat stroke and one side of her face had collapsed. In the end, one hospital relented when she called her mother, who paid for the treatment on her credit card. That's a disgrace. That wouldn't happen in UK. Treatment would be given first and foremost in an emergency.

As I said, we pay for our healthcare through NI, but you obviously don't know what this is. Therefore, I'm not saying our NHS is free.

And btw, the F by my name suggests that I'm not sir.

@MarmeeMarch NHS treatment is not standardized,it's suited to the patient.
Nobody said the NHS is free.
Do you lack comprehension skills?
Lacemaker · 41-45, F
@Entwistle My sentiments entirely. Thanks.

Lacemaker · 41-45, F
@ravenhill Really? That's what many politicians would like.
(From one who works in the NHS....)

@Lacemaker The NHS certainly is being privatised. You are 100% correct.
