Have you ever been so sick that not even your own partner is fed up with helping you get better ?😪

Hi everybody. This is my story...
At the begging of July month I became seriously sick. For NO reason? I even tested for COVID 19 and I am COVID free. Doctors said I had a viral infection, but I struggled to eat and drink aby fluids- it was a nightmare!
My partner was there to help me - but recently he gets upset to help me do aby simple normal things... I am still struggling to do the simple stuff, but getting there. I feel his had enough and wants out and just doesn't know how to leave.
I feel alone, sad, taking freeking long to get better and I'm slowly giving up...

Jenny1234 is correct. Guys are not good nurses. They usually can't handle it. I can remember having to ask for water. They just don't think of caring nurturing things to do.

There is a woman on this site who was desperately ill, with some type of cancer, and she was supported mentally by her husband, but I don't think he was her nursemaid. It has been about three years, for her.
