Yuk.

Conditioning children to use, and depend on, AI 'assistants' is highly toxic.

Just my view.

There is already an influx of 'smart speakers' constantly listening/spying on people's daily lives (mostly people who love the 'smart home' idea) and that's toxic in itself. The home especially is supposed to a private and confidential 'safe space'.

Got rid of my smart speaker after a couple of months . It was a freebee for signing up to something else which I wanted. Tried it out, read up on it and weighed the pros and cons before realising that it was just another dust collector for the number of times I actually used it. Gave it away.
