Help me decide new phone plan

A. Boost offers 25 dollars a month plan, and they do have actual physical stores too. They offer unlimited text/talk, and I need to call about data..but I"m sure it is reasonable .. per month.

B. Mint Mobile offers $15 a month plans (for first 3 months) then it goes to $25 a month, with 5 GB per month and unlimited talk/text. They do not have physical stores, so everything will be done online.

What do you think? Both sound very reasonable... I just need to buy a new phone too. Boost offers a couple phones under 100 bucks (in store), and I saw a Motorola that looked good. Any ideas welcome.

In the UK we have a number of options which avoid locking into a contract. I have a dual-SIM Motorola which is currently retailing around £100 on Amazon. My SIMs are from 2 different providers - one costs me £5 per month and the other £6. That gives me a combined 4Gb a month - which I never exhaust - and the cheaper one gives me cheap international calls. The markets throughout the world vary so I can't really say with any certainty that what works for me would do for you.

@ArtieKat Thaks! I was just trying to figure out how much GB data I'll need per month, and I think it is probably 2 or so... so the 5 GB plan (which is the cheapest on Mint mobile), might be the best!! However in the U.S. the plans are aroudnd 20 bucks a month, for 5 GB. 13 pounds sounds good!! I do hope it allows me to use my own wifi at home, and not the data option at home... I only need that data internet usage when out , occasionally.

@Coralmist Do you not have any Pay-as-you-go options where you are?

@ArtieKat Mint is actually a Pay as you go... with better data than the Prepaid one I've already had. No contracts yay!! It is a bit more like I said, than my last prepaid phone plan, but not too much more. It is probably the best I'm finding, out of most plans, for price. I just need to buy a phone now online lol. My other phone is so cracked that it is affecting the phone- it goes haywire sometimes ughhh.

@Coralmist I've always found Amazon good value for phones. I hope you find what you're looking for.
