Swimming is my sport. I compete and I train almost every day. College has a pool and I am in it every lunch time. And Wednesday and Friday we don’t have lectures in the afternoon so I train quite hard.

What is it about swimming that you enjoy? My daughter is taking lessons and is quite good at it, the youngest in her class by far at her level. She tried competitive swimming once but didnt like that. It's a shame because I think she would be fairly good at it, but Im not going to push it on her.
Competitive swimming is not always very enjoyable. But swimming is. So let your daughter enjoy. And you get in the water and enjoy with her. And if she wants to join swimming club and compete, you let her and sit and watch her every training session and tell her how good she is even if she isn’t. @NewKidInTown
That is so nice their Dadi goes swimming with them. It means everything to children. My Dadi took me every Saturday when I was in Primary school. No pressure, just fun and games and encouragement. @NewKidInTown
I know it is. I had no confidence when I was younger. But when I swam for Wales recently I had to dive into a pool thst was 15 metres deep. It was actually the diving pool at Ponds Forge in Sheffield. @NewKidInTown
