I Love Swimming

Swimming is my sport. I train a lot. And I compete. Once I swam for my country and I want to do it again. It’s my target! My times are less than they need to be but they are close.

You are eithér two years too early or two years too late. You sound like you been drinking. @trackboy
trackboy · 22-25, M
@Blodyn winter Olympics start in February. they used to run the winter and summer Olympics in same year. now they stagger the summer and winter Olympics by two years so you have your Olympic fix every two years. the summer Olympics will be two years from this summer.

Swimming? Winter olymics? I don’t do walrus dipping. @trackboy
trackboy · 22-25, M

Blodyn · 22-25, F

trackboy · 22-25, M
@Blodyn why no tv? you have radio? Victrola talking machine?? news papers??? Marconi wireless sets?? gramma phone?? nickeloedion???
Blodyn · 22-25, F
Now you are being offensive as everyone on sw can see. Have you been drinking? @trackboy
trackboy · 22-25, M
@Blodyn how can you not have tv? not drinking here. just having fun. sounds like your from a time before tv. just trying to see what era I am talking with through the rip in space time continuum.
Blodyn · 22-25, F
You are so rude. Not everyone has tv.
trackboy · 22-25, M
@Blodyn not being rude. I love watching movies on tv. enjoying the dragons???? what you doing for fun??? I don't know anyone here that does not have tv.
Blodyn · 22-25, F
A lot don’t in my country. Some can’t because of the mountains. Some don’t want it. Better things to do. Does everyone in the United Sates of America have a television. Do you have to pay a licence fee? We have to pay £145 a year just to watch tv or download videos. @trackboy
trackboy · 22-25, M
@Blodyn yes everyone here has tv. no fee for tv either. just put on antenna and receive broadcast tv. you pay for cable tv if you want it to have a lot more channels of stuff to watch like movie channels. or you can just get by with broad cast tv and rent dvds at the dvd store. some like watching sports on tv. I enjoy watching the news and movies. tvs have become really cheap now.
Blodyn · 22-25, F
Ok. Well it isn’t cheap in my country. You have to pay for a licence to watch tv and even download programmes. If you are blind you can have tv for £2 less a year. And if you are over 75 you don’t have to pay but the gouvernement encourages them to pay anyway. Because it improves the programmes the state can broadcast. I suppose you don’t have state broadcasting.
trackboy · 22-25, M
@Blodyn we have the broadcasting networks abc nbc and cbs. and wb. there is public broadcasting called pbs that is state supported but not a lot of people watch it. lot of its programing is aimed at kids.
Blodyn · 22-25, F
That is so interesting. Life here is so different. The Welsh tv station is called S4C and it is privately run but the government supports it and the news and some of the programmes are produced by the BBC which is state run. I think its the same in Scotland with the Gaelic programmes. S4C has adverts, some in Welsh, but the BBC doesn’t. So people from England are always surprised to see adverts in a BBC programme. @trackboy
trackboy · 22-25, M
@Blodyn wow tv is a lot different there!!! wonder why private broadcast networks did not form there like they did here?????
Blodyn · 22-25, F
Keep us safe I guess.
trackboy · 22-25, M
@Blodyn could be country is to small to make it cost effective for private broadcast networks to make money creating tv series for people to watch. lot of money spent to make decent tv shows.
