Hydrogen water, also called hydrogenated water and hydrogen-rich water is regular water that has hydrogen gas molecules (H2) added to it.
Hydrogen water is claimed to Reduce Inflammation, Improve Hydration, Boost Mood, Enhance Exercise Performance, Speed Injury Recovery, Clearer Skin, Lessen Allergy Symptoms, Slow the Aging Process, etc.
Molecular hydrogen (dihydrogen, H2) has been suggested that it acts as a therapeutic antioxidant by selectively reducing cytotoxic oxygen radicals[18]. Indeed, hydrogen water has been reported to improve various diseases and tissue injuries through anti-oxidative and anti-inflammatory activities including pulmonary inflammation and asthma[20–24], cerebral infarction (stroke)[18], Alzheimer disease[25], Parkinson disease[26], rheumatoid arthritis (RA)[27], and diabetes[28]. Its infused with hydrogen gas, like carbonated water is infused with carbondioxide gas....so its bubbly with hydrogen bubbles.
Its supposed to make hydrogen molecules more easily absorbed in the body coz it has non bonded hydrogen in it.
Which is supposed to relieve oxidative stress, and reduce inflamamtion .
I dunno if it works....trials have been contradictory.
