Today is Suicide Awareness Day š

Thereās a quote thatās been sitting heavy with me today:
āIād rather sit with you through your hell than attend your funeral.ā
As someone who has been in that dark place more than once, and who has survived attempts that I didnāt think Iād come back fromāI want you to know that I see you, I understand that pain, and I know how unbearable it can feel.
It may not always get easier, but you truly donāt know what tomorrow might bring if you donāt give yourself the chance to see it. Even one more day can open the door to something you couldnāt imagine in your darkest moments.
If youāre struggling today, please remember youāre not aloneāeven when your mind tells you that you are. Reach out. Sit in the mess with someone who cares. I promise there are people (including me, in this space) who would rather hear your pain than hear your goodbye.
