People always say these things and that you should reach out and ask for help, but when you do and nobody is there it’s even worse. I reached out on here the other night and nobody called/text, I called Samaritans 3 times with no answer, I text SHOUT and got no response other than an automated “we’re too busy to speak to you message”. I was screaming for help and it made no difference. (Not aimed at you, you were asleep and replied to my voicemail when you woke up)
