If you need to reach out

I am sure everyone would agree with me that they would rather spend all night staying up being there for a friend then to get a phone call that someone they love and care about killed themselves. We never know the depths of someones pain. This is a note to all my friends/family/foes/and acquaintances; my inbox is always opened. My cell phone is always on. Cant talk about it? Text me or message me here just please don't let your pain consume you without reaching out for help. Sometimes we all need someone to just listen and care.
