I’m fed up with life tired of suffering I plan to do it on the coldest night of the year and die from hypothermia in the icy cold waters

The biggest problem is if you do something like that what happens if you change your mind at the last moment it would be too cold to truly make it back to shore. What happens if one of the rescue people loses their life trying to save you. you are then responsible for them.
